About my playing

Rocking since 1977

It all started many years ago when I started to learn to play guitar by listening to cassette and songs on the radio. But decided to take lessons and started to play in my first band. Yes we were the neighborhood garage band. Playing all over the neighborhood for parties and anyone who wanted to hear us play.

By the next year we played in all the schools around and by 1979 we headlined in the local bars, collage’s and clubs. Following that we toured up and down the Hudson Valley in New York and even played in the world famous CBGB’s in New York City. A couple of our original songs were released and played on the the local radio station.

I started teaching lessons back in 2013, where students would come to my home and practice. By 2021 I started teaching online. And now I’m in full swing with Zoom online Guitar lessons 🎸
